Please choose more suitable length axle from the two (keeping the other length as a spare), use washers to fill any excessive gaps, If necessary, you can use shaft spacers to adjust the inner diameter of the mounting slots from 8mm to 6mm.Please leave 1/16inch 0r 1-2mm gap at least for the wheels to rotate freely before tightening the screws, then the last step to snap on the wheel cap (for decorative purposes; the wheel cap is not necessary).
