The Bumkins Sleeved Baby Bib saves clothes from a feeding mess. Cover up babies and toddlers transitioning from purees to soft foods and solids during baby led weaning. Generously sized with long sleeves. A handy crumb catcher / catch-all pocket helps contain spills. Made from lightweight, waterproof and easy-wipe fabric. We recommend rinsing any drips and spills with cold water as soon as mealtime is over. Bumkins’ original fabric is 100-percent polyester with embedded TPU for waterproofing. It’s soft and gentle on baby’s skin. It’s not hard or rigid. Our fabric is real fabric. Our original colorful designs are also colorfast, so they won’t wash away! Sized to fit ages 6 to 24 mos. Adjust fit with back tie closure and adjust sleeve length with the elasticized cuff. Measures approximately 14in across the chest, 13in from neck down and 32in from cuff to cuff.

Introducing Baby to Mealtime: As soon as your little one begins to show interest in mealtime (usually between ages 6 and 9 months), start them on a routine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Begin to introduce a variety of foods. If eating together as a family is important to you, you’ll want to have baby join you at the table. Even if they aren’t hungry at times, they’ll get used to eating on a schedule. A routine is key and so is patience.
Self-Feeding for Toddlers: It helps them in developing their fine motor skills, including learning to pick up food with their hands, fingers and then utensils. They also learn to pick up and hold various sizes and shapes of food, building independence and self-confidence in doing it by themselves.
