    A type of seashell specifically a Dog Conch, is either grilled or boiled in the nearby waters. It is seasoned by lime, garlic, and fish sauce. Hoi means shell while Chak Teen means feet pulling. From the name itself, be prepared to pull the meat from its shell before savoring this local dish.
