This depends on the product that you booked. Confirmation email will normally be sent 24-48 hours from booking. For bookings with “Instant confirmation”, that means your booking will be confirmed within 5 minutes. If you still have not received your confirmation email after the confirmation time listed, please check your spam folder in your email inbox. If not, please contact us via our customer service center with your query.

After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email that confirms your booking. To view your bookings, go to the Bookings page from your account.

Once your journey has commenced, it is advisable to get in touch with the Airline or service provider in the city/country where you are situated.

If a booking has been cancelled, we email you and a refund will be sent to your initial payment method. Refunds for payments made by card usually take 5-7 working days to be returned to your account, but can take up to 30 days for certain banks. If you have still not received your refund, please reach out to our customer support on Tripwerkz.

Phishing is a scam where a criminal sends an email asking for personal information, and attempts to trick the recipient into responding by clicking on a link, opening an attachment, or directly providing sensitive information.

Tripwerkz uses third-party secure payment gateways to process your payment. If you choose to save your card information, your payment card details are tokenized, encrypted and stored securely within our payment gateways.

Tripwerkz does not change any additional fees for bookings. Your banks may charge international transaction fees if you are not paying in the local currency of your payment card. Please check with your bank before making a booking.

Tripwerkz does not accept cash payments.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Your current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Sales Tax will be charged on certain products depending on the shipping address required by law.

Each hotel has its own policy based on local laws. Many hotels require the guest be over 21 years of age or older to stay at the hotel. Tripwerkz recommends checking directly with the hotel for their age restrictions.

Changes to dates, reduction in rooms, guests name or any other amendments are subject to fees based on the hotel’s policy. Not all hotels allow changes; Tripwerkz.com may impose a service fee to complete your request.

Passport and Visa requirements can be determined via your home country relevant ministries.

Validity refers to the amount of time before a travel document expires. Duration refers to the maximum stay in a country that is permitted on a visa.

In order to get a visa, most countries require that your passport be valid for at least 6 months past your scheduled return. If you are getting a multiple entry visa, and your passport is set to expire soon, you might consider getting your passport renewed first, since most visas in your passport are no longer valid once your passport has expired.

Yes. Each traveler needs their own passport regardless of age. For children under 14, the child must appear in person at a passport acceptance facility, along with both parents or legal guardians. Both parent’s or legal guardian’s consent is required, and they must present current, valid ID.

You will have to apply for a name change amendment in your current passport under your new name.

Tripwerkz will reflect any taxes or additional fees that are included or not included in the online payment checkout.

Cancelling a non-refundable booking may result in a full charge of the booking. Free cancellation means that the booking can be cancelled within a certain period of time. For example, some properties allow you to cancel 48 hours before check-in time. Beyond the arranged time, any cancellation may be charged a fee. Please see the property’s cancellation policy for more details.

The rates are charged by room. However, any additional guests (including children) not confirmed in the booking may lead to extra charges. Please make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking.

Yes, as long as the room is available at the time of searching. This type of booking is usually non-refundable. Please read the terms and conditions before making your booking.

You can find a room’s cancellation policy listed as either “Free cancellation” or “Non-refundable” near the room rate. To find out more details, go to the booking page. If you’ve already made your booking, you can find the detailed cancellation policy in the confirmation email. Please note that cancellation policies vary by property. Please check the property’s policies before booking.

Before a payment is made, properties may change rates because of limited availability, pricing strategies or promotions. We’ll notify you if the room rate has changed before you’ve completed the booking. Please note that the room rate cannot change after the payment is made.

Go to “My bookings” on the Tripwerkz app or website to find your booking and check the status.

All bookings made on Tripwerkz should be instantly confirmed with the property. If the property has no record of your booking, please contact Tripwerkz’s customer service as soon as possible. You can find our contact number in the booking confirmation letter.

This varies by property. Generally, you will need to present:

  1. Booking confirmation letter
  2. Passport/photo ID
  3. The payment card used to make the booking

The name you provide when booking your travel is used to perform the watch list matching before a boarding pass is ever issued. You should ensure that the name provided when booking your travel matches the government ID that you will use when traveling. Due to difference in boarding pass systems, boarding passes may not always display the exact name you provided when booking your travel. Differences such as the use of a middle initial instead of a full middle name or no middle name/initial at all, hyphens or apostrophes) should not cause a problem for the passenger.

Airlines practice the marketing concept known as “yield management,” where they sell as many seats as they can at the highest price they can get. It is impossible to pinpoint the cost of any single seat on any given flight. For example, some seats will be assigned special fares for corporate clients, while other seats will have been sold through a consolidator at a discount.   • Nonstop flights only – Check this box if you want to see fares only for flights that do not stop or change planes at one or more airports before you reach your final destination.
  • No plane change flights – These flights may have up to 2 landings and departures not disclosed upon booking. No change of planes
  • Connecting flights – Flights may have one or more landings and departures. Passengers will have to disembark the plane and re-board another flight.

The availability and/or price of the flight you selected has changed. While we provide the most up to date technology for our users to search available flights, ultimately the Airlines reserve the right to modify their flights at anytime and no fare is guaranteed until ticketed.

The search results page will list the base fare amount for each flight option.

Taxes and fees can be displayed on the search results page by clicking the taxes link located under the base fare.

The total cost, including an exact break down of taxes and fees will also be displayed if you select Book to complete the purchase process.

The operator may or may not wait for any latecomers, so please make sure to arrive on time or early for your activity.

If you are experiencing an unexpected delay, please contact the operator.

Please note that requests for refunds because of lateness cannot be processed except for in the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. flight cancellation, etc.). In this case, please contact us using Ask Tripwerkz, select “Cancel booking” and include any relevant supporting documents (i.e. proof of flight cancellation).

If the operator cancels your booked activity, your booking will be cancelled and you will be refunded. If your booking is not cancelled by the operator, please contact us using Ask Tripwerkz and select “Cancel booking” to apply for a refund.
